The Hufflepuff commons are pretty far away from the Slytherin dorms- luckily for the Hufflepuffs. The two places couldn't be more different! For instance, while the Slytherin dorms are decorated all extravagantly in green for their house color, the Hufflepuff dorms and common room are rather plain, with dark wooden furniture, and pale yellow fabric.
